This is a product-level privacy baseline for the current release. Before commercial launch, it should be reviewed against the legal requirements of the markets where the service is offered.

Data required to operate the service

The platform stores account data, monitor configuration, check logs, incidents, connected Bale destinations and operational delivery history to provide the service. Provider bot credentials belong on the backend and are never exposed in the browser UI.

Monitoring data

Response metadata and failure details may be stored to diagnose service availability. Customers should monitor only systems they are authorized to observe.
