Terms of use

These terms are an initial product framework. Before paid subscriptions launch, billing, SLA, refund and jurisdiction terms should be reviewed and finalized for the target markets.

Authorized use

Customers are responsible for monitoring only hosts, IPs and services they are authorized to observe, and must not use the platform for abusive traffic or unauthorized access.

Third-party providers

Bale and email delivery depend on external providers. The platform records the provider result but cannot guarantee the availability of networks or third-party APIs.

Commercial release

Pricing, paid-plan limits, SLA and refund rules will be added when commercial plans are enabled.
